The removal of your old grips is to cut repeatedly in the same slot with a new utility knife razor, cutting thru the rubber and the resistance heating wires. Then insert a large flat blade screwdriver and pop the grip away from the old epoxy and slide the grip off. The old epoxy should be filed away before re-fitment of the replacement grip with the edge of a coarse file.
Hot Grips® will ship the parts back to you by US Post Officec Priority Mail which is 2-3 day not-guaranteed service from NH to any of the lower 48 states. Will also ship to Alaska. USA RESIDENTS ONLY. PO Box is not a problem, actually recommended if you have a street physical address as the Post Office will sometimes return to sender (us) if we ship to a physical address when you have a PO box., no APO address.
